## Go-To-Market-Strategy

At this stage, our go-to-market strategy is still being developed, but we have identified **Ukraine** as one of our initial test sites, with plans for future expansions into **Texas** and **Nevada**, USA. By focusing on Ukraine, we aim to gather a range of initial quality assurance experiences despite limited resources, leveraging our founders' connections in the region.

Ukraine's highly varied needs and heterogeneous technology infrastructure provide us with an opportunity to gain valuable insights and fine-tune our platform to meet the diverse requirements of different communities. We believe that by understanding and addressing these specific market demands, we can better tailor our product to effectively serve nonprofits and their beneficiaries.

Moreover, launching in these representative markets allows us to tap into an established relationship network with our founders, which will be instrumental in garnering support and fostering partnerships. The data and feedback collected during the test phase in these regions will be invaluable in shaping our final go-to-market strategy, ensuring that we are well-prepared to scale and expand our impact in the future.
